General Information
The photos in our online store showcase a selection of masks crafted in our workshop. As our masks are entirely handmade, each purchased piece may exhibit slight variations. However, we always strive to reproduce what is shown in the photographs as faithfully as possible.

Shipping
We ship our products using the SPRING, SDA, and DHL courier services. Delivery, always guaranteed, typically takes place within the working days indicated in the table below:

Delivery Times
If the purchased masks are available, shipping generally takes two days. If the selected items are not in stock, they need to be specifically produced for the order. This may take one to two weeks before the order can be shipped.

Halloween, Christmas, and Carnival
In the weeks leading up to these holidays, we receive many orders. To ensure that your order is processed on time, we strongly recommend purchasing at least two weeks before the event for which you plan to use the mask. Returns and Refunds
If the purchased product does not meet expectations, you can request a refund of the product cost. The procedure involves returning the product to Ca' Macana at the customer's expense. Upon receiving the package, preferably in the original packaging, we will verify the perfect condition of the product and proceed with the refund, deducting any shipping costs.

Authenticity Guarantee
Most of our masks are signed by the artisan who decorated them. Typical Venetian masks (check out the "Traditional Venetian" category) come with a colour-printed fold that describes the history of the mask in English, French, German, and Italian.

Custom Orders
Since we make everything we sell, we can customize the decorations and styles of our masks based on customers' specific requests. For example, we can incorporate company logos into the decoration, including the date of an event, or use specific colours from your brand. Issues with Mask Purchases
